Freedman said: “Guardpack has continued to invest £300,000 over the last two years with the aim of increasing productivity and quality of finished packaging on both sachet and flowpack production. “We have purchased another brand-new, state-of-the-art, horizontal form fill and seal sachet machine to fill liquids from 0.5ml-50ml and wet wipes up to a size of 260mm x 240mm. As usual, we have made sure the machine processes a wide range of materials, including all the newest environmental wipes and films. We have also invested heavily in our flowpack line, with new folding and conveyor equipment to double our output and improve on fold and pack consistency.”
