Covering processing
Covering, mainly the colored paper has been printed through the cover machine flat, accurately attached to the two layers of tile, so that the glue in the coating machine evenly applied to the corrugated paper, so that the paper and tile paper very good adhesion Together, three layers of cardboard are formed.
Paper requirements
The requirements for the paper-laying machine are relatively high, and summed up in three aspects: First, if the bending deformation is large, it will directly affect the paper deflection behind the cover, resulting in large die-cut loss; the second paper has higher dimensional accuracy. Generally, the size of the corrugated paper is smaller than the size of the face paper. Generally, the length of the paper is controlled to be 4mm in length and 6mm in width, and the actual error is preferably controlled within ±1mm, because the oversized assembly causes the backing paper to exceed the size of the facing paper and changes. Die-cutting machine develops a die-cutting reference line, which brings errors to the precision of die-cutting; if the size is too small, the die-cut trimming dimension cannot be trimmed to the tile paper, resulting in the lack of corrugated paper after automatic die cutting. The senses and actual pressure are affected; Third, Mengniu has strict requirements for the permeability of carton products: there is no water absorption and permeation within 60s. This means that we are more limited in choosing the tiles. Ordinary sizing high-strength wavy paper is 60s, but it can only reach about 45s, so you can only choose high-strength wavy paper with high sizing of 90s. But this will make it difficult to cover the process.
Glue requirements
Glue is an important part of the cladding. Mengniu belongs to the food box. The choice of glue should be non-polluting and meet the food safety standards. Therefore, we chose glue that uses starch as the base material. In the glue configuration, strictly follow the ratio of starch and water (usually 1:3), then add appropriate amount of curing agent, control the mixing time, according to different time climate, fine-tuning, the glue viscosity is controlled at about 65-70s (Coating 4 Cup), there is an effective guarantee for the adhesion of colored surface.
Covering process
This is an important part of making organic paper, paper, and glue together. The proportion of the gap between the cover rubber roll gap and the glue, the pressure roller power matching, to achieve the best. However, it is worth noting that the production of Mengniu with 90s high sizing high-strength wavy paper for the cladding is more difficult than the ordinary 60s sizing high-strength watts cladding for production control. First of all, 90s high application of sizing paper in the production process of the base paper has been much larger amount of glue, in the coating process, the glue evenly coated on the surface of the corrugated, on the one hand, if the amount of glue is small, the surface coating will not Evenly, it can not be quickly vaporized through the wavy paper. The reaction between the glue and the surface paper cannot be completely combined with the wavy paper, resulting in poor adhesion. On the other hand, if the amount of glue is large, the paper is covered. Through the membrane, moisture does not evaporate channels, the sizing degree of the paper is too large, the water penetration is slow, and the moisture does not quickly evaporate after bonding, and the slow drying speed directly affects the strength after die cutting. For practical applications, it is advisable that the coating surface occupy more than 99% of the corrugated area, and the pressure roller clearance is 5.2mm~5.3mm. The corrugation is basically not deformed and is suitable for reasonable control.
Die cutting pretreatment
The relationship between die-cutting pre-treatment and cladding is large. After the cladding, because the moisture content of the tissue paper, paper, etc. is not the same, bowing deformation will occur during the curing process of the glue. Therefore, the cardboard that has just finished should be selected as a group of 10 With respect to the code placement, a heavy object should be flattened after the completion of a pallet stacking to ensure die-cutting accuracy. Some enterprises use special pressure devices for flattening, as long as funds and venue permit.
Die cutting
Since Mengniu's automatic sheeting requires a high degree of precision in die-cutting, most of the three-layer paperboard facings after coating have a fluctuation of about 2mm, so the die-cutting must be adjusted by the die-cutting edge, so a semi-automatic flat-platen die-cutting machine is used.
Die-cutting is an indispensable part of the back road, that is, using a die-cutting knife to form a die-cutting plate according to the pattern of product design requirements. Under the effect of pressure, the paperboard is rolled and cut into a desired shape after printing. . The main process of die-cutting is: loading plate, adjusting pressure, determining rules, pasting elastic pads, pressure-pressure die-cutting, formal die-cutting, scrapping, and inspection of finished products.
Loading the plate First of all, proofreading has been done on the Mengniu knife version, the actual measurement conforms to the drawing size requirements. Whether the position of the crimping knife and die cutter is accurate; whether the incision of the slotted hole adopts the whole line, and whether the line is turned at the corner; in order to facilitate the elimination, whether the two neighboring blade sections are kept away from each other; On the one hand, it is also to prevent die-cutting violence (Mengniu Auto Sheets generally maintain 7mm); no sharp corners can occur at the joints of the two lines; the sharp corners can not be cut to the middle of another straight line, mainly to prevent die-cutting interfaces, resulting in Die can not afford to die. After die-cutting, the prepared die-cut version is installed and fixed in the plate of the die-cutting machine, and the position of the die-plate is initially adjusted.
Adjust pressure
First adjust the pressure of the steel knife. After padding paper, first press the print several times to flatten the steel knife, then use the cardboard larger than the die-cut version to test pressure. According to the cuts of the steel knife cut on the paper board, use partial or all gradually increase the pressure or The method of reducing the number of backing paper layers makes the pressure of each cutting line of the layout uniform. In general, the steel wire is 0.8mm lower than the knife line (because the corrugated paperboard has different types of corrugated paperboard, the thickness of the paperboard has a large gap and should be adjusted according to actual conditions). To make the steel wire and steel knife get the ideal pressure, it should be based on the die-cut cardboard. The nature of the adjustment of the pressure on the steel wire.
Determine rules, paste spring washers
After the pressure is adjusted, fix the die cutter plate. When determining the position of the rules, it is generally best that the die-cut Mengniu automatic film is centered. The spring washer should be placed on both sides of the main steel knife of the die-cutting plate, and the separated cardboard should be withdrawn from the cutting edge using the elasticity of the spring washer. In general, the spring pad should be about 1-1.2mm higher than the die cutting edge, and the distance from the spring line to the knife line should be 2mm, because if the blade is installed only on the blade, the spring pad cannot expand in the direction of the blade after being pressed. The expansion in the other direction causes the paper to be pulled on both sides. The die cutter has not yet cut the paper and has been broken by the spring washer, which is easy to produce burrs.
Test Press Die Cutting, Formal Die Cutting, Stripping, Finished Product Inspection
First cut out the sample, conduct a comprehensive inspection to see if the indicators meet the requirements. After the full-time inspection personnel confirms the sample, mass production can be carried out. During the production process, operators will conduct self-tests from time to time. Mengniu's automatic film uses a hidden clasping hand. The clasping position uses a flower knife, which is easy to tear. On the back, horizontally, high-strength transparent adhesive tape is added.
